Web App & Web Design for Sayless

The aim of this project was to design an intuitive waitlist landing page and web application that streamlines the invoicing process for users. Sayless allows users to create professional invoices, manage their shops, share and add multiple payment methods.

Designed visually appealing and consistent invoice templates that automatically populate with the selected services/products and payment methods, enhancing the professional appearance.

Quantitative Research: Survey

I selected the survey method due to its broad reach, efficiency, ability to gather quantifiable and standardized data, flexibility in question design, and cost-effectiveness.
Data Gathering
I conducted a quantitative survey, gathering feedback from 100 individuals, aged 18-65. Their invaluable insights not only highlighted prevalent challenges but also offered a comprehensive understanding of user experiences, establishing a robust foundation for the development of my design solutions.

From the user research and survey results, I identified several key findings that informed the design and development of the product.
High Demand for Integration
A significant majority of users (85%) indicated that having an integrated platform combining shop management with invoicing and payment methods is either very important or important.
Prevalence of Manual Entry Errors
Manual entry errors are a common issue, with 40% of users often or always experiencing these errors, highlighting the need for automated and error-proof systems.
Need for Automation
Automation was identified as the most valuable feature in an invoicing tool by 35% of users, pointing to the necessity of reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency.
Importance of Multiple Payment Methods
Offering multiple payment methods is crucial for users, with 82% considering it important or very important.
Professional Presentation
There is a strong desire for more professional invoice templates, as 20% of users are very satisfied and 35% satisfied with their current invoices, leaving a significant portion seeking improvements.
Interest in Solution
A substantial 70% of respondents expressed interest in a platform that combines shop management with invoicing and multiple payment methods, confirming the market demand for such a solution.
